I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was a bit small but very well decorated and impeccably clean with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The location, right above Tachikawa station, was incredibly convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, although some noise from the station mall could be heard. The service was consistently helpful and cheerful, ensuring that everything was taken care of effectively. However, the dining options were limited, and the breakfast was nothing special. Despite the minor drawbacks, I found the stay comfortable and the price was fair for such a convenient location.
